Dean Smith - President
Dean has led National Services LLC (NSA) through a decade of strong growth as a Founder and President. He has helped customers deliver complex national programs in multiple industries using a unique blend of determined program management, innovative processes and targeted technology investments. He is responsible for instilling the "get work done" culture into NSA which has led to success in projects ranging from ATM installations to smart classroom integration.
Prior to founding NSA Dean was a senior executive with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and a project engineer with Conoco.
Jim Fry - COO
Jim has led numerous performance improvement programs in Field Service and overall business operations spanning the full spectrum of developing new operational strategy, implementing these operational changes and running these new operations over time. He has worked in manufacturing, healthcare, retail and public sectors delivering significant cost reductions and service level improvements on both national and international programs. Most recently Jim has worked on early adopter projects in the Smarter City arena developing new service models when devices in the field connect back directly to OEM operations.
Prior to co-founding ServiceFlex Jim was a partner at Accenture and a senior executive at Unisys, Computer Science Corporation and IBM. His work included business strategy, process improvement programs, strategic Outsourcing and IT integration. His primary focus over 25 years has been aftersales service and supply chain.
